Specializing in luxury level management in a variety of markets, Pegasus Residential currently manages over 35,000+ units for various institutional clients, partnerships, and individual owners.

Lindy is a Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Pegasus Residential. Lindy has over 30 years’ experience in development and property management leadership in the Mid-Atlantic, South East and Midwest regions. She has served as Vice President for Merry Land Investment Company, Trammell Crow Residential and Signature Management. She has successfully more than tripled the size of each company, personally leading changes in the training, asset management, business development, and personnel management programs. The spirit of our company is truly a reflection of her leadership, passion and experience. Lindy has been a guest speaker at the MFE Leadership National Conference.

Landon is the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for Pegasus Residential. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate accounting working for both multi-family and commercial development companies. He also has operational experience in apartment management, hotel management and real estate brokerage. Prior to joining Pegasus, he was employed by Brand Properties, Atlantic Marina Holdings, MD Hodges Enterprises\Blackstone Group and InterSouth Management.

Yakov is the Executive Director of Operations for Pegasus Residential overseeing the companies entire portfolio. He has over 18 years of experience in property management and has operated in metro markets throughout NC, SC, GA, TX, AL and VA. Yakov began his career with Equity Residential and also worked for Colonial Properties. Yakov has managed a variety of asset types and has extensive experience operating class-A, lease-up, and repositioning projects for private investors as well as public REITs. Yakov graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Bob Keator is Senior Vice President of Business Services, leading the Marketing, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, IT and Project Implementation teams.
Bob brings more than 25 years of multifamily industry experience, with expertise in areas ranging from business, sales and marketing strategies to operational excellence, revenue creation and analysis, contract management, negotiations and technology innovation. His career includes leadership roles at supplier partners like Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions and Realty DataTrust as well as operators such as Lane Co., Colonial Properties Trust, Equity Residential and most recently, RADCO Residential.

Wendy is Vice President Operations and oversees operations in TX, AL, LA, MS and GA, and she has 25+ years of experience in property management. Wendy has extensive experience with lease-ups, repositioning of distressed properties, and acquisitions. She began her career in multi-family as an AVP with Brown Investment Properties, and then migrated to the products and services side of the business where spent over 15 years in leadership positions such as VP of Sales and Senior Regional Sales Director with RentPath, representing multiple ILS sources. Wendy has served on several Apartment Association boards throughout the Southeast, as well as committee involvement for the National Apartment Association. Wendy has a strong background in executive-level portfolio management, associate recruitment and training, in addition to solid digital marketing and social media expertise as a result of her tenure in the multi-family advertising arena. Wendy holds a B.S. degree from University of Maine at Orono, and graduated from the NAA Leadership Lyceum program and has her CAPS designation.

Kimberly is the Vice President of Specialty Assets at Pegasus Residential. She is a positive, results-driven, and innovative industry veteran with over 20 years of proven success in developing and leading the highest performing multi-million-dollar portfolios. Prior to joining Pegasus Residential, Kimberly served as Vice President of Operations for RADCO Residential, Area Vice President for RAM Partners, Area Leader for MAA and multiple roles with Equity Residential. Kimberly leads by integrity, superior work ethic, and management talents that are critical in creating a top performing environment which generates unparalleled results.

Laurie Lyons is an executive industry expert that brings nearly 30 years of multifamily experience spanning over 28 states to Pegasus. Graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science degree, she began her multifamily career in acquisitions and asset management for BH Equities. She went on to be the Co-Founder and CEO of BH Management. As CEO, she scaled the organization from a few thousand apartment homes to over 45,000. She also was the first female CEO to ever be featured on the NMHC’s Top 50 Manager’s ranking.
Prior to joining Pegasus, Laurie served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for The Bainbridge Companies, Director of Asset Management for MIG Real Estate, Executive Vice President for US Residential Group, and was a Partner at the Cardinal Group.
She is an active industry speaker, serves in multiple advisory and committee positions with the National Apartment Association (NAA), is a PAC contributing member for NMHC and contributes to a multitude of industry publications.

Kellie is Vice President of Operations for Pegasus Residential overseeing properties in our North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia markets. She has 15+ years of experience in property management operating in markets throughout the country including CO, NM, NV, TX, FL, SC, NC, and VA. She began her career outside of Chapel Hill, NC in 2005 and has worked for Colonial Properties Trust and Aspen Square Management. Kellie brings experience in Asset Management from a privately held real estate investment firm. Experience includes financial analysis, major capital renovation projects, quarterly investor communications, due diligences, acquisitions and dispositions. Kellie has managed a variety of asset types, and has extensive experience operating class-A, lease-up, and repositioning of distressed assets. She is very passionate about the multi-family industry and Pegasus Residential. Kellie holds a B.S. degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.

Kurt Blanton is the Vice President Corporate Controller for Pegasus Residential. He has over 15 years of experience in multi-family real estate auditing and accounting. Prior to joining Pegasus, he was employed by Trammel Crow Residential, Lane Company and Place Properties. Having joined Pegasus Residential in 2009, Kurt has the honor of being one of the first employees.

Steve has been in the multi-family industry for 26 years. He started as a Maintenance Technician and his career naturally progressed from there. Through the years Steve has worked for several leading-edge companies and in many of the major markets across the US. His experience includes portfolio management, new construction, Cap-Ex/value add projects, and training, just to name a few. Steve earned his CAM and CAPS certification from the National Apartment Association and has served as a board member for the Atlanta Apartment Association. Steve has a passion for building teams, growing leaders and loves training and mentoring our future rock star’s.
